Norfolk & Better is a 1500 acre traditional mixed farm in the heart of Norfolk. The farm is run by a small dedicated team and owned by entrepreneur Dr Peter Dawe.

Grass fed on the ancient fens of Carbrooke, our Jagyu™ Beef is produced naturally allowing the animals more time to mature, in turn resulting in beautifully marbled meat with a wonderfully unique flavour.

The 100% full blood Wagyu sire is crossed with pedigree Jersey Cows. Hung for 28 days and butchered on the farm. Our Jagyu™ is 100% British produced, beef assured, with full traceability and low food miles.

Our cheeses are hand made on the farm in our purpose-built cheese room and then lovingly cared for and allowed to mature to perfection in the Cave.
