Our Cheeses
Our handcrafted cheeses are made on the farm using rich Channel Island milk, then carefully aged in our cheese cave to develop their unique flavours. Our range includes Fen Fosey, a creamy, robust hard cheese; Jiffler, a smooth and mellow semi-hard cheese; Breckland Brie, a rich and indulgent soft cheese; and Norbert, a bold washed-rind cheese.

Our range includes Fen Fosey, a Tomme style semi-hard cheese ; Jiffler, a smooth and fresh semi-hard cheese; Jiffler Blue, a mild, creamy blue; Breckland Brie, a rich and buttery soft cheese; and Norbert, a white bloomy rinded savoury treat .

Breckland Brie
Creamy and buttery with an earthy flavour. Covered in a soft white rind broken with ripples of paste enhancing the mushroom, farmyard notes. Eat when younger if you like a chalkier centre or leave for longer for a gooey treat.

Norbert
A lovely savoury, soft and creamy cheese with a white bloomy rind. Bake with fresh rosemary, garlic and a splash of white wine or eat simply with crusty bread and chutney. Delicious either way.

Jiffler Blue
Introducing Jiffler Blue, our unique twist on the beloved Jiffler cheese. This creamy, mild blue cheese offers a delicate balance of rich, buttery texture with subtle hints of salt and herbs. Perfect for cheese boards, cooking, or simply enjoying on its own.

Jiffler
A creamy and smooth semi hard cheese with a hint of salt and herbs. Brined and left to grow a natural rind, this cheese is fresh in flavour and very moreish!

Fen Fosey
A smaller Tomme style semi hard cheese wrapped in lard-soaked muslin and allowed to grow a natural rind. Smooth and herby in flavour with fruity and blue notes, this cheese just gets better with age (not suitable for vegetarians). Delicious eaten with apples or pears.
