Our Cheeses
Our handcrafted cheeses are made on the farm using rich Channel Island cow’s milk, then carefully aged in our cheese caves to develop their unique flavours. Our range includes Jiffler, a smooth and fresh semi-hard cheese; Jiffler Blue, a mild, creamy blue; Breckland Brie, a rich and buttery soft cheese; and Norbert, a white bloomy rinded savoury treat .

Breckland Brie
Creamy and buttery with an earthy flavour. Covered in a soft white rind broken with ripples of paste enhancing the mushroom, farmyard notes. Eat when younger if you like a chalkier centre or leave for longer for a gooey treat.

Norbert
A lovely savoury, soft and creamy cheese with a white bloomy rind. Bake with fresh rosemary, garlic and a splash of white wine or eat simply with crusty bread and chutney. Delicious either way.

Introducing Jiffler Blue, our unique twist on the beloved Jiffler cheese. This creamy, mild blue cheese offers a delicate balance of rich, buttery texture with subtle hints of salt and herbs. Perfect for cheese boards, cooking, or simply enjoying on its own.

A creamy and smooth semi hard cheese with a hint of salt and herbs. Brined and left to grow a natural rind, this cheese is fresh in flavour and very moreish!
