Norfolk & Better is a 1500 acre traditional mixed farm in the heart of Norfolk. The farm is run by a small dedicated, passionate team who are committed to quality and high standards in every aspect, especially animal welfare.
The farm is owned by entrepreneur, Dr Peter Dawe, who has exciting future plans for the Farm. Peter had the idea of producing food from a source he knew he could trust – his own farm! Once solely an arable farm, we now produce quality products. We know exactly what has gone into what we make and try to keep our food miles to a minimum. We butcher our own animals, make our own cheese, mill our own flour and will soon be pressing our own oil.

Introducing our new Norfolk & Better Meat Packs
Grass fed on the ancient fens of Carbrooke, our Jagyu Beef is produced naturally allowing the animals more time to mature, in turn resulting in beautifully marbled meat with a wonderfully unique flavour.
The 100% full blood Wagyu sire is crossed with pedigree Jersey Cows. Our beef is hung for 28 days and butchered on the farm. Our Jagyu is 100% British produced, beef assured, with full traceability and low food miles.
