Our cheeses are hand made on the farm in our purpose-built cheese room and then lovingly cared for and allowed to mature to perfection in the Cave.
Made from pasteurised Channel Island milk and vegetable rennet.

To achieve the best flavour from your cheese, eat by the use by date and refrigerate. When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and bring to room temperature.
